What we collect

Your name, mobile number, profile details, listings, messages and the searches you run. Owners who apply for verification also submit an identity document.

Why we collect it

To verify that people are real, to match seekers with relevant homes, to process unlock payments and to detect fraudulent or broker-operated accounts.

Identity verification

Your national ID and live selfie are stored privately for security review. They never appear on your public profile. Only authorized administrators can access them, using short-lived private links.

Your phone number

Contact details stay hidden by default. A number is only revealed to a seeker who has paid the unlock fee for that specific property.

Sharing

We share data with payment and messaging providers strictly as needed to operate the service. We never sell personal data.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile, hide listings and request full deletion of your account and its data at any time.
