1. Using the platform

Without Broker is a marketplace that connects homeowners directly with home seekers. We are not a party to any rental agreement and we do not act as an agent for either side.

2. Accounts and verification

You must be at least 18 and verify a mobile number to use the platform. Listing a property you do not own or manage is a breach of these terms and results in permanent removal.

3. Unlock fees

Seekers pay a one-time fee of 250 EGP to unlock the contact details of a single property. The fee is credited back to your balance if the owner does not respond within 48 hours.

4. Listings

Listing is free. Content you upload must be accurate, original and lawful. We may remove listings that appear duplicated, misleading or posted by brokers.

5. Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, off-platform payment requests before a viewing and attempts to collect commission are prohibited.

6. Liability

We verify identity and ownership to the extent reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee the condition, legality or availability of any property.
